We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something is not right, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.

Customized items with name, number or badges cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, contact us via info@budgetkits.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after approval.
